How Much Does Business AI Cost?
There is no honest single price for "business AI." A simple workflow automation and a custom platform connecting several systems are fundamentally different scopes. What we can explain is what the cost is made of.

Ongoing AI usage, in plain language
Many AI API services charge based on usage — roughly, by how much text or how many documents the system sends and receives. A system that handles a few requests a day costs little to run; one processing thousands of documents costs more. Usage costs are set by the AI provider and can change over time, so they should be estimated from your expected volume and reviewed periodically.
Why we don't publish price ranges
