Can AI Work With the Software I Already Use?
AI does not necessarily require replacing your existing business software. In many cases it can work alongside the systems you already use.
Common ways systems connect
- APIs — published connection points that let software exchange data
- Webhooks — notifications one system sends when something happens
- Databases
- File processing — PDFs, spreadsheets, exports
- Cloud storage
- CRM integrations
- ERP integrations
- Accounting-system integrations
- Existing internal applications
It depends on the software
Integration feasibility depends on the specific products involved and what access they provide. Some systems offer well-documented connections; others offer limited exports or none at all. We confirm what is possible for your systems before promising a design — we cannot promise integration with every product.
When existing tools cannot be connected in a useful way, custom software may be the better path.
