Will AI Replace My Employees?
Some AI projects automate tasks that were previously done by hand. Others assist employees or let the same team handle more work. It is more useful to talk about tasks and workflows than about jobs.
Think in tasks, not job titles
Instead of "replace your office employee," a better framing is: "automate repetitive document classification so employees can focus on exceptions and customer work."
